Clothing Refunds and Exchanges Policy

PLEASE NOTE: To return any items, you must produce a receipt/ till slip /gift receipt for proof of where and when you purchased-within 30 days of date purchased

Should you want to exchange items, please contact us and we will gladly assist in providing you with an appropriate exchange of clothing -should exchanged items be in their *original state or give you a refund in the form of a Gift card provided that:

The items must be unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached;
The items must be in a saleable condition;
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or transferrable for cash

Refund of damaged or defective products

PLEASE NOTE: All our items are unique handmade with extreme care-we do our best to ensure a high standard of quality -however life does happen and in this event-we will exchange damaged items with either the same product or a gift voucher provided that-

Care requirements have been adhered to

A receipt/ till slip /gift receipt is produced for proof of where and when you purchased item/s

Inspection of all exchanges/ returns

We’ll inspect all products on return and we reserve the right to refuse a return if our Exchange & Return requirements has not been adhered to. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, it will be sent back to you.
